EVOXOPTI SASU (RCS Nanterre 107 677 445), operating as EVOX, is the data controller for this Site. EVOX respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information you provide when using the Site.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide when:

No card details are collected on the Site. Card payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland), which processes your name, email address, billing address and card details for the sole purposes of processing your payment and preventing fraud. Stripe may transfer some of this data outside the European Economic Area (in particular to Stripe, Inc. in the United States) with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Bank transfers are made directly to our business account and involve no card data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade data. We may share only if required by law.

Data is stored securely and retained only as necessary for stated purposes.

Invoicing and accounting records (invoices and the billing details they contain) are kept for 10 years, as required by French commercial and accounting law (art. L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code); their deletion cannot be requested during this legal retention period.

The contract concluded on the Site (your order and the version of the Terms of Sale and Use you accepted, with the proof of that acceptance: date and time, version and fingerprint of the accepted text, email address, IP address, order identifier) is kept for ten years, as required for contracts concluded electronically for an amount of 120 euros or more (French Consumer Code, art. 10. Software security and the fight against unauthorised copying

For each registered machine, EVOXOPTI keeps a machine identifier, a hardware fingerprint, an identification mark specific to each copy of software handed over, and the log of the machine's requests to its servers. Purpose: security of the service and identification of the origin of an unauthorised copy. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR, art. 6.1.f; recital 47: "the processing of personal data strictly necessary for the purposes of preventing fraud constitutes a legitimate interest"). Duration: the contractual relationship and five years. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, with contact@evoxopti.com; complaint to the CNIL.
