Data Retention & Privacy

We store only the information required to manage and fulfill your booking. This page explains what we keep, for how long, and how it is removed.

What We Store

• Name, email, optional Discord ID.
• Chosen service, duration, optional start time and notes.
• Status timestamps (verification, completion, expiry).

Verification & Expiry

Unverified bookings automatically expire after 24h. Once expired the verification token is removed.

Auto‑Completion

Completed sessions are marked automatically after a 4h grace period following their scheduled end.

Purge Policy

Expired or completed bookings older than 30 days are permanently deleted by a scheduled background task in the API. Invoicing and accounting records are not stored on this Site; they are kept in our accounting system for 10 years, as required by French law (art. L.123-22 of the Commercial Code).

Email & Communication

Transactional emails (verification, notifications) are sent via configured SMTP / fallback providers. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Data Subject Rights

To request deletion of an active booking or ask a question about your data, contact contact@evoxopti.com.

Configuration Transparency

Operational retention values are configured for production; they may differ from defaults but will never exceed what is necessary to deliver the session.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected here with an updated date.
