1. Introduction

Welcome to the EVOX website ("Site"). This Site is operated by EVOXOPTI SASU, trading as EVOX ("we," "our," or "us"), and provides information about our computer optimization services, as well as a booking request form for potential clients. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Services

The Site presents our services and lets you book — and pay for — your session online.

• Card payments happen entirely on Stripe's secure page: your card number is entered at Stripe and never passes through our servers.
• You pay when you book: after choosing your slot, you are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page. Bank transfer, or a card payment link sent with your invoice, remain available on request.
• Booking a session through the Site does not guarantee service until payment is confirmed.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a booking request.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Booking Policy

• Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed appointment: your slot is confirmed once your payment is completed on our secure Stripe payment page. While payment is in progress, the slot is held for 35 minutes.
• We will review your request and contact you via the details you provide.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe, on the secure payment page you are redirected to when booking, or by card payment link sent with your invoice. Bank transfers go to EVOXOPTI's business account (held at Swan).
• We do not store, process, or have access to your card details.
• Only pay through the Stripe page reached from this Site's booking flow, the bank details or payment links on our invoices, or those we send you directly; we will never ask you to pay through any other channel.
• All prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC), including French VAT at the standard 20% rate.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded (booking confirmation), without giving any reason (French Consumer Code, art. L.221-18). To exercise this right, notify us before the deadline by an unambiguous statement (for example an email to contact@evoxopti.com) stating your name, booking date and contact details. If you have already paid, we will refund you within 14 days using the same means of payment.

Our sessions usually take place within those 14 days. In that case, when you book (or before the session starts) we will ask you to expressly request that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L.221-25 and L.221-28). In plain terms: if you ask us to do the work right away and we complete it, you can no longer cancel it or claim a refund for it. If you withdraw after the service has started but before it is finished, you only pay for the part already performed.

7. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, performance improvements may vary depending on your hardware, software, and usage.

We are not liable for:

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• Hardware or software malfunctions
• Game account restrictions or bans
• Data loss or corruption
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of EVOX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading booking requests
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site’s functionality
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

10. Privacy

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide via the booking form. We do not sell or share your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date indicates the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under exclusive French jurisdiction.

14. Consumer Mediation
